Businesses not maintaining their websites are at risk of online revenue loss

A website is essentially an online shop window for your business, whether that be for a service or products. The pandemic forced many customers to shop online, and businesses that adapted and responded to this demand fared well. As part of its latest study – Can’t See The Web For The Trees – the team at Yell has analyzed over one million SMEs’ websites, and surveyed over 1,000 consumers to understand the impact Covid-19 had on the services and tools they provided, as well as how they communicated with their customers.
