Remote working has pushed SMB employees to the brink of burnout

Remote working may have provided a means of keeping businesses afloat during the pandemic, but it is also taking its toll on the mental health of employees. This is according to a new report from 8×8, which argues that remote workers have been pushed to brink of burnout by Covid-19.

Polling more than 1,000 small and medium-sized business employees for the report, the company found that mental health was the number one concern for almost half of the respondents.
